Website Map & Design Sketches

1) Research Professional Illustrators Sites

• Browse the web and look at a lot of different illustrators sites.
• Make screenshots of at least 5 different sites you like.
• NAME your files
• Add them to a Dropbox gallery (optional:save the  link and your comments of what you like in a document file)

2) CONTENT: Web Map

Diagram Your Future Online Portfolio Site

Map out in Illustrator a center circle with your domain name inside. Create connectors that represent different pages that link to the home page. Then create secondary connectors that represent the next tier of pages that link to each page. Create as a PDF and upload to Dropbox.

3) STYLE: Sketches

Sketch your ideas of what you are looking for in a website/blog theme (this can be in pencil or on the computer). Be sure to sketch what different sub page layouts will look like. Post to your coordinating class Dropbox folder.
